Service Engineer

We're looking for a service engineer to be based in our Nottingham office, respoinsible for remote diagnostics and on-site fixes for our 3,000+ clients.

We currently have over 3000 clients that have received an installation of technology equipment from us. This number is increasing by approximately 20 clients a week.

Unfortunately, technology doesn’t stop working in office hours and we are now looking for a Service Engineer to work from 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday with an on-call weekend rota on rotation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working within the IT / Audio Visual industry. We would expect 70% of issues to be resolved from our offices through remote diagnostic.

Sites will vary from high-end residential clients through to commercial buildings – 99% of sites will be within 50 miles of Nottingham.

This role potentially is for an installation engineer who enjoys fault finding and solving problems and loves being able to take their kids to school in the mornings.
