Office Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting various departments in delivering high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management
Maintain and organise office operations, including filing systems, supply management, and office equipment.

Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to coordinate schedules and logistics for home automation and home cinema projects.

Client Interaction
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications.
Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for potential projects.
Team Support
Assist the support desk by coordinating support tickets and their resolution.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Financial Administration
Work closely with the finance department to manage invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record-keeping.

Qualifications:
